Artist
Elizabeth Anderson
holds a BFA from The Oregon Art Institiute, the Portland Art Museum
School . She studied Fine Art and Graphic Design as her major ,
graduating in 1990. Moved to the scenic Columbia River Gorge, she
gets her artistic inspiration out her back door, where she has lived
since graduating from college.
As a Professional Artist ,she enjoys teaching adult and children's
classes in Watercolor , Pottery, and Calligraphy for the Community
Education program in Hood River, Oregon . She has been an Artist in
Residence for Hood River and Wasco County Columbia Gorge Arts in
Education Program. Currently teaching Studio Watercolor credited
classes for Columbia Gorge Community College. Evening Watercolor
classes and weekend workshops are available. Call or email for class

Several of her original watercolor paintings can be seen in Tasting
Rooms in Wineries around Oregon and Washington at Timberline Lodge
Art Gallery on Mt. Hood , Oregon Various shows and events in The
Gorge
She is currently participating in several shows and festivals around
the Oregon and Washington areas. Impressionistic florals, landscapes
as well as Dog Portraits, are her current focus of subject matter.
Colorful transparent watercolors are her medium as well as oil
pastel crayons.

Peter Marbach resides in Hood
River with his wife, Lorena, and daughter, Sofia. Peter’s
passion for the outdoors began in earnest in the 1980’s by
hiking the lengths of the Appalachian Trail, Pacific Crest
Trail, and The Pennine Way in Great Britain.
His first book with Beautiful
America, OREGON HARVEST, received critical acclaim for
documenting the beauty of Oregon’s farm country and the people
who work the land.
Peter’s photography has appeared
in numerous national publications. His stock collections of
wilderness and agricultural landscapes has been used in
calendars, books, magazines and advertising. Several of his
award winning farmscapes are part of a permanent collection at
Oregon State University’s Art About Agriculture Exhibit.
He has published several fine art
posters, including three consecutive Mt Hood
Jazz Festival
Commemorative prints and his most recent, “Morning At Mount
